Role Overview-

We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer to support a client expand and mature their ServiceNow platform. The organisation is currently enhancing its ServiceNow capabilities by rolling out additional modules, automating business processes, and implementing a structured CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.

As part of this transformation, the client is establishing a ServiceNow Center to provide governance, scalability, and long-term platform success. This role will play a key part in shaping the ServiceNow roadmap and leading complex implementations, including modules such as Security Operations (SecOps) and Demand & Project Management.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Act as a ServiceNow technical authority within the CoE, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency
  • Lead and contribute to ServiceNow projects from analysis through delivery
  • Design and implement process automation across IT and business workflows
  • Define, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM models
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Support the rollout of new ServiceNow modules and platform enhancements
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for processes, solutions, and configurations

Required Skills & Experience-

  • Certified ServiceNow Admin (mandatory)
  • Professionally Dutch Speaking
  • Strong hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise in CMDB implementation and CSDM
  • Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of process design and automation
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
