You'll be working with students aged 5 to 19 with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that promote academic, social, and emotional development. You'll work closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping to implement individualized learning plans and strategies. You'll also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists and psychologists, to ensure the holistic wellbeing and progress of each child.
