This International School is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to fill a unique role as a Coordinator for our Learning Support Programme. The position requires expertise in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), and the US High School Diploma. The ideal candidate will identify learners who require additional learning support, develop and implement Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs), collaborate with educators and parents, and manage resources to ensure a supportive learning environment for all students. The ideal candidate

  • Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field
  • 8 years of teaching experience in an international school setting, with expertise in developing and managing ILPs and learning support programmes
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs policies and best practices, with excellent support skills for dyscalculia, dyslexia, and dysgraphia
  • Strong knowledge of the IB PYP and DP, including familiarity with the Exhibition, Grade 10 Project, and Extended Essay
  • Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Must have rights to work in Europe
