Based in the L36 area
95 - 110 day rate

What you'll be doing:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with EHCPs and SEN
Support with personal care where required
Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
Encourage engagement, independence and positive outcomes

What you'll need:

Experience supporting learners with EHCPs and SEN
Confidence delivering personal care
Experience managing challenging behaviour
Enhanced DBS or be open to processing one
