Electrical Sales Specialist

Location: Remote, Ireland
Industry: Sales
Scope of Work: A new role in a growing sales team that will manage incoming enquiries and sales leads, as well as driving proactive sales outreach to target clients for electrical maintenance and equipment management services with key clients across Ireland.

Turner Lovell is recruiting a Sales Specialist to join a global leader in sustainable energy and power grid technologies in Ireland, offering a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join the leader in their specialism. You will join an established and busy sales team to play your part in maximising the potential opportunities for the business in the market. This will involve a mix of warm account management and proactive sales outreach work, so you will build strong customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and ensure a seamless sales process aligned to the business strategy.

Your key responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Assisting in driving sales by promoting service products, ensuring optimal volume and profitability.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions for a positive experience.
  • Creating and managing sales plans using internal tools; monitoring progress and implementing recovery strategies when needed.
  • Using effective sales techniques to ensure successful deals, aligning proposals with company offerings and terms.
  • Supporting marketing efforts and communicating value propositions effectively to customers.
  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.


The ideal profile is someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree; or suitable relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in electrical industry; either from a technical background or within a sales environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple quotes simultaneously, with a focus on customer communication and timely updates.
  • Ability to develop client-focused solutions, drive new business creatively, and deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, negotiation, presentation, and both verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a results-driven setting.
