Sonic Summary

My client in the South-East is looking for an interim Maintenance & Repairs Lead for an initial 6-month contract.
The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of Awaab's Law, Voids, Disrepair, and general Maintenance.
A background in surveying is preferred to provide guidance to the existing surveyors.
The role involves managing contractors and supervising around 6 to 7 direct reports, including a Voids Manager.
The working pattern is 3 days on-site per week with a rate dependent on experience.

You will need experience & knowledge of Awaab's Law, Voids, Disrepair and general Maintenance. Ideally, someone who has a good background in surveying to provide suitable advice and guidance to the surveyors already there. You will need to be able to manage contractors and have around 6 to 7 direct reports, including a Voids Manager.
