This flexible opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated legal professional with a strong background inconstruction lawand experience working on both national and international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate various construction agreements, including service contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documents.
Represent clients in dispute resolution processes such as mediation, adjudication, and international arbitration.
Conduct legal research and remain up to date with industry-specific legislation.
Support clients in understanding their legal rights and obligations.
Collaborate with other professionals to deliver well-rounded legal solutions.
Prepare accurate legal documentation and correspondence.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate in the UK.
Proven experience in construction law (domestic and international).
In-depth knowledge ofJCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
Familiarity withinternational arbitrationandadjudication procedures.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
A client-focused, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
