Packing Instructor

Packing Instructor - Long term position - �11-�12 per hour

The role will be working within the packing workshops. You will be responsible for providing supervision, knowledge and skills to prisoners in basic assembly / packaging workshops - for example basic packing of fruit, greetings cards, breakfast packs, nuts and bolts. You will ensure that all services are provided to a high standard and that security and control are maintained at all times. No qualifications are being delivered and nor are you deployed in training prisoners up to the required level to gain qualifications.

The client provides tools and will also provide training on keys and radios. Hours of work are Monday- Friday 39 hours per week.

This role is a fundamental part of the organisation and requires you to have good communication skills, be able to follow strict procedures and have initiative to notify senior staff if there are any problems. You will be required to have an enhanced security clearance carried out by the organisation to ensure you are able to work on site. The security clearance will require you to have photo ID such as a valid passport or photo card driving licence.

This is a temporary role that will be on-going with potential for permanent work, this job is to start as soon as security clearance has been obtained.
