We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work in a rosette standard, high end kitchen, catering for fine dining events with plenty of daytime hours. up to £32,000 per annum

- 8 - 10 hour shifts
You will:
- Daily ordering from suppliers, monthly stock takes
- Plan and test new dishes as part of our commitment to chef training
- Working alongside your Head Chef to manage the high standards of cleanliness by following daily cleaning procedures
- Understand HACCP from ordering, delivery checks, temperature recording, and general management duties required for such a position
- Managing our Check, it food recording through the portal (full training given)
- Be aware of the allergens policy and kitchen management package
