For this CNC Miller we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
- Formal qualifications within Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline (HNC, HND, BTEC/NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3, Apprenticeship etc.)
- Stable work history with experience working in a heavy machining / engineering environment
- Programming skills (editing OR creating from scratch) - all controls will be considers as full training will be provided
Working hours of the CNC Miller
Rotating AM & PM shifts working an average of 37 hours per week - 18% shift allowance is applicable:
- AM Shift: 40 Hours per week
- Monday to Friday 06:30 to 14:30
- PM Shift: 34 Hours per week
- Monday to Thursday 14:30 to 22:00
- Friday: 14:30 to 18:30
In return, the CNC Miller will receive:
- Base Salary: 36080 (42574 including 18% shift allowance)
- Holiday Allowance: 33 Days
- Immediate enrolment to the company pension scheme - up to 13% combined contribution
- Access to the onsite canteen and gym
- Permanent employment with long-term stability
