Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Follow production schedules and adhere to quality standards.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Technically minded with a keen interest in machinery and production processes.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8.15 am start to 5.00 pm, early finish Friday.
