Alnwick Castle Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant (aged 18 +) to join our dynamic team, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure the smooth operation of the clubhouse. Your main responsibilities include:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to customers and members, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, handle transactions, and maintain a well-stocked and organised bar area.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse, including dining areas, bar, and kitchen.
- Efficiently open and close the clubhouse, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.
We do host events outside of the normal clubhouse hours and we would like the candidate to have flexibility to provide support in food and beverage service.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours every so often.
- Must be aged 18 or over
