Are you passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their learning and development? A welcoming primary school in the Alnwick area is seeking an enthusiastic Unqualified Early Years Assistant to join their supportive Early Years team.
The Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you will work alongside Nursery and/or Reception staff to support children throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting day to day classroom activities and contributing to observations and assessments
Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils, including those who may require additional support
Assisting with daily routines such as play based learning activities and personal care where required
Working collaboratively as part of an experienced and supportive school team
