The Role
They are looking for a mid-level to senior BMS Engineer to support their continued expansion across the southern UK region. The ideal candidate would be situated inbetween the Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire area. This is a varied and hands-on role, involving a mix of call-outs, servicing, and commissioning work across Trend and Tridium platforms.
The successful candidate will be confident handling most day-to-day BMS responsibilities independently, with structured support and training available to bridge any remaining skill gaps.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and commissioning of BMS systems (primarily Tridium and Trend).
Support project delivery and reactive works within commercial and industrial sites.
Carry out call-outs and system optimisation activities to maintain performance and energy efficiency.
Work collaboratively with senior engineers and the management team to ensure smooth project execution.
Liaise directly with clients on-site, maintaining high levels of professionalism and technical support.
Participate in system upgrades and integration projects as the business continues to expand.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of hands-on BMS engineering experience (Trend or Tridium exposure preferred).
Comfortable working independently across service, maintenance, and commissioning tasks.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls principles.
Willingness to travel within the South UK region - Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Southampton, West/Northwest London.
Full UK driving licence.
Proactive attitude and appetite for professional development - this role offers training and progression.
Ideally based within a reasonable commute to the core operating region (not central London).
