Location: Wade Road Depot, Basingstoke, RG24 8PL
Start Date: ASAP                                               
Contract Duration: 6+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week                         
Pay Rate: £ 38.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the grounds maintenance team for up to 6 months.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on quality service.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

• Conduct site visits as required.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Qualification in horticulture or a related field.

• Experience managing a large grounds maintenance team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Full driving license.

Nice to Have

• Interest in making a positive impact, even in a short-term role.
