GH Engage is currently recruiting for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working across a portfolio of commercial sites in Hampshire. As a Mobile Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and installation works across various commercial properties. The role requires a strong understanding of building services, particularly within commercial gas systems.

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on boilers and associated mechanical plant

• Complete gas installation and remedial works as required

• Service and repair AHUs and FCUs

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations

• Keep site logbooks and relevant documentation up to date

• Liaise with Contract Managers regarding site updates and client feedback

• Provide detailed reports for additional/follow-up works

• Supervise subcontractors when necessary

Essential:

• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)

• Proven experience working within commercial building services

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Additional mechanical or electrical skills (basic plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

• Experience providing technical support to administrative teams

• Salary up to 49,000
