Salary: 40-46,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring design intent and technical accuracy are maintained
- Mentor and support junior technicians and team members, fostering professional growth within the studio
- Liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve complex technical and construction challenges
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and environmental standards
- Contribute to the continued development of BIM workflows and best practice technical standards within the practice
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or lead technician capacity
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (strong BIM experience advantageous)
- In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and lead technical aspects of projects
