Panoramic Associates are supporting a local authority on the South Coast with the recruitment of an Interim Building Surveyor for Corporate and Commercial stock.

The contract will be offered on a 6-month initial basis, with a day rate of approximately 300. This role will require site attendance up to three days per week, depending on workload.

Key details:

• Corporate and commercial portfolio (schools, historic buildings, offices, depots, leisure facilities, industrial units)
• Approx. 60-70 property surveys per year
• Must have knowledge of lease arrangements
• Preference for candidates with a commercial or public sector background, though housing experience will be considered
• Candidates must be local enough to commute to site in Hampshire

Requirements:

• Degree educated in a construction-related discipline
• RICS membership desirable but not essential
• Experience with surveying across a variety of property types
