Principal / Senior Flow Assurance Engineer
Location: Hampshire, UK (Hybrid working available)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal or Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join a forward-thinking engineering team working across the energy transition space. This is a hybrid role based in Hampshire, offering flexibility, excellent benefits, and involvement in cutting-edge projects in carbon capture, hydrogen, renewables, and both onshore and offshore oil & gas developments.
Hybrid Working:
Up to 12 remote working days per month, with 1-day carryover allowed. This enables most team members to work remotely for around 60% of the month, subject to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare flow assurance technical documentation for all project phases including Concept, FEED, Tender, and Detailed Engineering.

Review and approve contractor deliverables and ensure alignment with technical requirements.

Support supplier selection, including qualification, clarification, and recommendation processes.

Coordinate with colleagues and other engineering disciplines to ensure integration and compliance with project scope and standards.

Oversee flow assurance tasks within the Subsea Systems team and support broader department initiatives.

Ensure all activities meet applicable international codes, project specifications, and internal HSEQ policies.
Requirements:

Strong practical experience across Concept, FEED, and Detail Design phases.

Proficiency with key software tools such as OLGA, PVTSim, Multiflash, Pipenet, Pipesim, HYSYS, and UniSim.

Previous involvement in both onshore and offshore projects in the energy sector.

Ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.

High attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude to engineering challenges.
