About the Role
My client, a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Hampshire, is seeking an ambitious and driven Quality Manager to take the lead of their quality function and play a key role in the company's exciting growth journey.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to leave their mark - the business has set a goal to double its current 4m turnover, and the Quality Manager will be central to making this happen.

You will lead a small team, oversee supplier approvals, ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards, and be the main point of contact for all quality matters across a 40-strong workforce and a number of high-profile customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the quality team, including supervisor and inspectors
Manage supplier approvals and conduct audits
Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and customer requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related communication internally and externally
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Support strategic growth objectives through quality-led improvements

Aerospace manufacturing experience
Knowledge of CNC precision machining processes
Strong internal and external communication skills
Proven experience with supplier approvals
