Senior Flow Assurance Engineer
Location: Hampshire, UK (Relocation support available)

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join a highly regarded engineering team working on forward-thinking energy transition projects. You will be engaged across multiple phases of exciting developments in carbon capture, hydrogen, offshore and onshore energy infrastructure, and renewables.
Hybrid Working Flexibility:
This role offers a flexible hybrid structure, with up to 12 remote working days per month plus the option to carry over 1 day to the next month — allowing for up to 60% remote work.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage flow assurance technical documentation across all phases: Conceptual Design, FEED, Tender, Detailed Engineering, and Operations.

Support and assess supplier selection processes related to flow assurance (qualifications, clarifications, recommendations).

Review and approve contractor deliverables for FEED and detailed engineering in line with flow assurance expectations.

Oversee flow assurance activities within the Subsea Systems department.

Collaborate closely with internal engineering disciplines to ensure project integration and compliance.

Ensure designs meet international codes, project specifications, and health, safety, and environmental policies.
Required Experience and Skills:

Strong experience in Concept, FEED, and Detailed Design phases for both onshore and offshore oil & gas or energy projects.

Proficient in flow assurance software including OLGA, PVTSim, Multiflash, Pipenet, Pipesim, HYSYS, and UniSim.

Solid understanding of international engineering standards and HSEQ requirements.

Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and contribute to complex energy projects.
