This is a dynamic and hands-on role offering the chance to work on a wide range of residential schemes-typically between 30 and 200 units-across the South.

  • Monitor and review local and national planning policies, Local Plan Reviews, and strategic guidance.

  • Maintain accurate internal records and coordinate with external consultants (e.g. highways, ecology, drainage).

  • Conduct site appraisals and provide strategic planning advice to the land and development team.

  • Build and maintain relationships with council officers, stakeholders, and the wider community.

  • Contribute to future land promotion initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree qualified in Town Planning, Geography, or a related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of UK planning policy and development processes.

  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to planning committees and public meetings.
