Primary Responsibilities:
Apply professional knowledge and skills to support the delivery of the practice's goals and vision.
Act as Project Manager on designated projects, overseeing delivery from inception to completion.
Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, encouraging continual professional development.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, while fostering effective collaboration within the team.
Contribute to a wide range of project stages, from planning studies and design development through to site inspections.
Support business development activities, including networking, preparing fee proposals, and securing new opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of new areas of work and service offerings.
Support office administration and operational tasks as required.
Actively engage in CPD for both self and colleagues, in line with the practice's long-term vision.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), with a minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience.
Degree in Landscape Architecture.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience Required:
At least 6 years of professional practice experience, with a proven record of successful project delivery and implementation.
