I am delighted to be working with an amazing national charity in search of an immediately available, experienced Executive Assistant /Office Manager for a three month temporary contract.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional to provide seamless support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, while managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality executive support to the CEO – diary, meetings, travel and correspondence.
  • Coordinate Board and senior leadership meetings – prepare agendas, papers and accurate minutes.
  • Manage office operations, facilities and supplier relationships.
  • Support general administration, invoicing and record-keeping.

About you:

  • Experienced PA/EA supporting senior leaders or trustees.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
