Project Manager - HVAC Specialist Technical Role

A leading provider of bespoke HVAC solutions is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee HVAC installation and refurbishment projects across the South of England.

Your Responsibilities
Lead HVAC projects from planning through to completion
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for efficient delivery
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
Conduct risk assessments and produce method statements
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards
Monitor project revenue and report to senior leadership
Promote safety and compliance across all sites
Manage site engineers, resource allocation, and holiday planning
Our Offer
Salary: 39,000 - 47,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: South of England, with travel to client sites

Essential Criteria:
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4-5 or above)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Proven experience in project engineering/management
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and business KPIs
Desirable Criteria:
HNC/HND in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
SMSTS/SSSTS and IOSH Managing Safely certification
HVAC systems and controls experience
Familiarity with AutoCAD and CDM regulations
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
Understanding of procurement and cost control
