Senior Project Manager - 18 Month FTC

Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity to join their IT Service, iSolutions, as a Senior Project Manager on an 18-month FTC.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will deliver projects that change how the organisation uses IT to work. You will join the IT Portfolio community of Project Managers and Business Analysts, running a wide range of projects and programmes to improve current services and transform the staff and student experience for a diverse community.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end IT projects with significant business change.
Manage projects requiring technical integration, upgrades, and data migration.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
Lead the redevelopment and continuous improvement of structured models for service transitions.
Ensure successful delivery of the portfolio of change initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience:

Significant Project Management experience.
Experience with student systems is a bonus.
Professional qualification or postgraduate degree in Project Management or IT discipline.
PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent agile/traditional project management qualification.
Proven project and people management skills.
Experience with ITIL methodologies and service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Visio, Excel, Word, MS Project).
Technical IT background.
Familiarity with IT in a Higher Education environment.
ITIL v4 MP (Managing Professional) qualification or similar.
Lean Six Sigma qualification.
