We are working with a Social Housing provider, who are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 months
Working as part of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, you will provide an effective & organised administration service supporting the team in ensuring that all statutory and regulatory responsibilities for health safety and environment are discharged across the business
Duties will include:
- Coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Head of Service in compiling and issuing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including the publication of H&S statistics.
- Working collaboratively with an Occupational Health Advisor providing administration support to ensure health surveillance is conducted in a timely manner and that accurate reports are maintained.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including incident reports, risk assessments, and audit documentation.
- Triaging accident, incident & hazard reports and allocating to colleagues as appropriate
- Overseeing the management and response to the Shared H&S inbox to ensure queries and requests are handled efficiently.
- Assisting in compiling reports and data for senior management that demonstrates legal compliance and support with best practice and new initiatives. i.e. Hazardous Waste

This role is working 18hrs per week.
