Hampshire County Council are currently looking for 2 SEND Tutors , one MAT cover and one temporary.
- Starting September - 19th December
- On site working in Fareham/ Winchester - Travel between sites paid for.
- 250 a day umbrella (9:30 - 4:30)
- Must have enhanced child and adult DBS
Job Purpose
To provide an education that prepares learners for a successful future by ensuring the curriculum offer has a clear intent, is delivered effectively, and achieves positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality education through teaching sessions that meet the identified needs of learners, inspiring them to engage, attain, and progress.
- Monitor learner progress, identify gaps in learning, and provide support to ensure positive outcomes.
- Support development of learner profiles, and resources, including digital content, to meet learner needs and comply with quality assurance, regulatory, and assessment requirements.
- Support core skills delivery (English, Maths, and Essential Digital Skills), including accredited programmes where relevant
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Teaching & Learning qualification at Level 5+ (minimum: Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills).
- English and Maths qualification (Level 2+).
