Job Title - Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor
Salary - Up to 40,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor to join our dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of Aircraft Engineers. Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality training and assessment in Aircraft Engineering.
* Support effective learning to promote high levels of student achievement and retention.
* Assess learners both in college and in the workplace alongside their employers.
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the department.
* Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their goals and develop their technical expertise.
Essential Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Aviation Engineering.
* Proven industry experience within Aircraft Engineering. Desirable Requirements
* A1 or V1 Assessor Award (or equivalent). (If you don't currently hold this qualification, full training and funding will be provided.)
