We are recruiting for motivated and proactive Sales Order processor & Customer Service Advisor to join our client's successful company who have been supplying the Construction industry for over 20 years.Benefits* Full time office based in Alton, Hampshire* No weekends* Fantastic working atmosphere with a family feel company! * Annual Bonus SchemeThe role You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be handling all customer service inbound enquiries and orders in a fast-paced friendly environment making sure every customer gets a five-star service.Key duties* Effectively handling and processing orders * Handling all customer enquiries effectively and rapidly* Making sure all our customers needs are met * Advising on products * Working to a maximum 2-hour response time * Ensuring all calls are answered in 3 rings Required skills * Ability to work effectively under pressure * Good & clear communications skills Verbal & written * Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail* Experience in order processing and customer services * Strong organisational skills * Being an effective communicator regardless of the method i.e. email/calling * Team player
