This is a critical leadership role, responsible for maintaining regulatory approvals, overseeing internal and supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement across quality and facilities functions.If you're an experienced Form 4 holder with a solid grasp of aviation compliance and audit procedures, this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of Quality, Compliance, and Facilities within a respected Part 145 environment.Quality Manager (MRO) Benefits:

Quality Manager (MRO) Responsibilities:
  • Hold UK CAA Form 4 approval and oversee the day-to-day management of UK CAA, EASA Part 145, and FAA FAR 145 approvals
  • Host audits from regulatory bodies and customer representatives
  • Ensure internal and supplier audits are conducted in line with the audit schedule
  • Manage controlled documentation, including manuals and technical publications
  • Lead investigations into product or system failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Own and update company procedures, work instructions, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure all staff have appropriate mandatory and refresher training
  • Oversee facilities management responsibilities, ensuring site safety and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience working in a UK CAA / EASA Part 145 organisation (essential)
  • Current or previous Form 4 Holder with UK CAA (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, audit processes, and engineering environments
  • Confident leading audits and communicating regulatory compliance to teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with AS9110 / AS9120 or ISO 9001 standards (desirable)
