This could suit someone stepping up to a management role from a QC or QA
The Role:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, BRC).
- Conduct audits, monitor production standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of quality technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to maintain product integrity.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of retailer standards, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons etc.
