We are working on behalf of a leading organisation to recruit a reliable and organised Customer Order Processor. Based in a busy office, this role supports day-to-day desk functions, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock is tracked effectively, and customer needs are met with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers throughout the entire process from start to finish
  • Handle all incoming queries professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate delays, changes, and delivery information clearly to relevant teams and customers
  • Manage product availability and coordinate dispatch with operations and transport teams
  • Process return requests and ensure accurate records
  • Manage administration for bookings
  • Update systems with delivery, return, and stock details following inspections
  • Respond to queries from other team working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations

 
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
