The Role :

Interaction Education are seeking an empathetic and experienced HLTA and 1:1 SEN support specialists to join a primary school based in Alton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs, creating tailored educational experiences, and helping each child thrive in a nurturing environment. As an HLTA, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of Special Educational Needs and assess students' individual needs and develop personalised learning plans to support their progress along with 1 to 1 support.

The role is a temp to perm position.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply)
  • Plan, prepare and support a range of engaging lessons to enable SEN students with varying abilities to progress through the curriculum
  • Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
  • Reflect a passion for learning and drive ambition for every student in the classroom
  • Creative & fresh approaches to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable

 

  • Experience teaching SEN children
