Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations and take full responsibility in their absence
- Work with the General Manager and Head Chef on strategic planning, development, and overall restaurant success
- Manage budgets effectively, including direct and indirect costs
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty
- Act as a role model, consistently delivering the highest standard of guest service
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to motivate and manage a team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent English communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and a natural team player with charisma and flair
