&#(phone number removed); What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advertise available properties and attract potential buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information.
• Screen and evaluate Sales applications, registering accurately.
• Negotiate Sales between Vendors and buyers
• Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations
• Build relationships with potential buyers to bring the right homes to their attention.
• Welcoming buyers and vendors to branch with warmth and professionalism
• Turning inbound enquiries into valuation appointments for senior staff
• Keeping all parties updated through every stage of their property journey
• Working toward team goals with a shared sense of pride and purpose

We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Negotiator – how long you’ve done it matters less than who you are. If you’re proactive, confident, genuine, and great to be around, you’ll fit right in.
