Location: Altrincham
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: 27k p/a
*Responsibilities*
- In our busy sample department, the main duties each day will be to accurately and efficiently pick, pack and ship all fabric & wallpaper sample orders. Manage stock on our computer system and despatch using Royal Mail franking and courier system (full training given)
- Additional duties from time to time, as and when required: stock take, despatch and receipt of fabric into warehouse, plus general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in stock management processes.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within the warehouse environment.
- Must be tidy, organised and efficient.
- Must have (at least) basic IT skills
