Adecco Manchester are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Altrincham, Manchester.
Salary: 24,000-25,000 per annum
Office based - Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm - 1 hour lunch

Core responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Managing incoming calls
- Supplying information, pricing and order information
- Answering questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Typing quotations
- Processing orders/purchase orders from customers via an ERP system
- Liaising with HQ regarding deliveries time
- Preparing a weekly dispatch schedule
- Communicating with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Processing warehouse receipts, stock reconciliations, returns
- Maintaining sales logs and follow compile sales reports/statistics
Advantageous experience and skill/sets
- Prior experience order processing and utilising an ERP system
- Working in a customer facing role
- Data accuracy
- Strong time management
- Ability to work well within a team
