We are currently recruiting a number of Professional Sales Executives to work with Digital Marketing clients based in Altrincham.

The Role

  • To cold call potential customers to generate interest in order to transfer the prospect to the Business Development Manager to complete a demonstration of the company’s products.
  • Manage Data Accurately - changing the sales stage and understanding the dispositions which affect the output in CRM
  • Manages calls/callbacks
  • Performance is in line with the average data yield
  • Call Quality - adheres to the script
  • Handles objections
  • During the probation period meets weekly point target
  • Develops relationships to ensure effective communication with all departments within the business
  • Leads by example, a role model for new recruits
  • Demonstrates ethical behaviour
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Is a reliable/dependable team player, excellent attendance record/time-keeping
  • Demonstrates consistent positive behaviour on a day-to-day basis
  • Responds positively to change and supports management in change implementation
  • Demonstrates initiative and drive
  • Demonstrates emotional resilience
