This is an incredibly unique opportunity to work as a Business Development Manager within one of the fastest growing industries in the UK. The company offers one of the most transparent and high value commission schemes for any sales position in the North West with the 2 current BDMs earning 80k and 100k respectively for 2025.

They are now looking to bring in a 3rd member of the BDM team due to the consistent growth in sector and the fact they cant service the full client network with money revenue to be made!

Reporting to the Company Director (who has worked in the sector for 15 years and as a BDM in the past) he will train and guide you in the specifics of industry and give you the platform to achieve 100k plus earning as already shown with existing team members. What he requires is someone with high energy, vastly experienced in sales and a desire to be a top earner. The sector requires a commercial BDM, someone who can challenge, consult and give market knowledge to secure the sale, this is a role for a sales professional focused on quality of work.

Handsomely rewarded for your efforts, you are paid commission on every client secured on contract and the monthly recurring bonus on that contract, for example one deal recently signed is for 36 months so the BDM, is paid on contract sign and then a commission monthly on recurring value, so whilst you are selling more you are still earning from the previous deal for 3 years.

Retention is phenomenal at this place so once a business is onboarded then they have an average 28 months cycle at present which is increasing so you can be almost guaranteed in your earnings.

You need to be agile, its national sales, phone based and in person (travel all expensed), they see you as 2/3 days in the Altrincham office and then 2 days in front of clients building partnerships.
