Be a Driving Force in a Marketing TransformationWe’re hiring a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join a long-established financial services business at the start of a major strategic transformation. Backed by significant investment and new leadership, the business is building a modern, agile marketing function from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role for someone with solid B2B experience across content, partnerships, and digital. You’ll report directly to a fintech-experienced CMO and be one of the first hires in a newly forming senior team — giving you the chance to shape marketing strategy and execution from day one.
Your Core Focus AreasYou’ll play a central role in delivering core marketing activity across four key areas:

Content Marketing – Creating, editing, and managing engaging content across web, blog, email, and more

Affiliate Marketing – Managing existing affiliates and optimising performance

Partnerships Management – Supporting the design and rollout of a new partnerships programme targeting SME and SOHO customers

CMS & Website Management – Maintaining and updating the company website and ensuring best-in-class user experience
? Essential Competencies:

Strong B2B content marketing experience, including writing and editorial
-
Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing channels
-
Exposure to partnership or channel marketing programmes

Proficient with CMS platforms and comfortable managing web content
-
Self-starter with the confidence to work independently and take initiative

Experience working in fast-paced, commercially focused teams
? Desirable Experience:

Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies

Background in financial services or fintech

Experience in a high-growth or transformation-stage business

Strategic visibility – Direct access to and influence with a highly experienced CMO
