With 500+ employees across the UK and Asia, the company provides responsible funding solutions for small and medium-sized businesses — prioritising customer experience, simplicity, and long-term relationships.
Backed by a new CMO, the business is rebuilding its marketing function. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape strategic programmes from day one. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and wants to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver multi-channel B2B marketing strategies targeting SME/SOHO audiences

Lead content strategy across web, blog, email, and thought leadership

Manage and scale affiliate and partner marketing programmes

Oversee the CMS and optimise website performance

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and partnerships teams

Support ABM and customer lifecycle initiatives

Champion customer stories and brand voice
Essential:

Proven B2B marketing experience in content and campaign leadership

Strong written communication and editorial skills

Website/CMS management and performance optimisation experience

Familiarity with affiliate or partner marketing

Self-starter, commercially minded, and delivery-focused
Desirable:

Experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS

Exposure to ABM or lifecycle marketing

Comfortable in a scale-up or transformation setting

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOE
