Main Function of the Position

My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Executive with a keen interest in the Insurance sector. You will be working alongside a highly experienced team focusing on developing and fostering strong client relationships and contributing to business success.

  • Processing applications
  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone
  • Analysing risks and setting up client files
  • Instructing Surveyors
  • Identifying opportunities and building client relationships

Person Specification

  • Business Administration / Sales Support / Customer Service experience
  • A background in insurance is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
