Working with a leading provider of energy-efficient home improvement solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing retrofit assessments submitted by the field based assessors.
This is strictly an OFFICE based position in the North West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret data from existing surveys, EPCs, architectural plans, and property records to assess the suitability of energy efficiency measures
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of property data collected by on-site assessors or third parties before progressing to retrofit coordination
-Collaborating with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers to achieve accurate representations of proposed changes in line with PAS 2030:2019
-Prepare and maintain detailed, PAS 2035-compliant assessment reports, ensuring all recommendations are evidence-based and fully documented
What we are looking for:
- Extensive RdSAP knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- (Ideally) accreditation with both ECMK and Elmhurst
- Previous Retrofit Assessment/EPC experience
