This is a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Merchandiser (or a confident Assistant ready to step up) to join a close-knit team where ideas are welcomed, pace is fast, and every day brings something new. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping a close eye on what's selling (and what's not), spotting trends, and helping shape decisions that drive performance.
  • Managing stock levels and intake, making sure we've got the right product in the right place at the right time.
  • Working with the buying and design teams to plan ranges, track deliveries, and react quickly to what our customers want.
  • Running the WSSI and making sure our forecasts are as sharp and up-to-date as possible.
  • Building great relationships with suppliers and brand partners to make sure we keep delivering amazing product, on time.
  • Supporting markdowns and repeats - knowing when to go again and when to hold back.
  • Sharing insights on what's working, what's trending, and where we could go next.

What We're Looking For:

You might already be a Junior Merchandiser, or you could be an Assistant Merchandiser who's ready for the next challenge.Either way, you'll need to be:

  • Super organised and into the detail - but also commercial and fashion-savvy
  • Comfortable juggling tasks and working at pace
  • Great with people - whether it's your team, a buyer, or a brand partner
  • Excited by product, data, and the chance to grow with a brand that's going places
