Reporting directly into a recently appointed CFO, you will play a key leadership role in the Finance function-owning forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis and reporting, and helping shape the next phase of growth.

Job Duties:- Forecasting and Planning: Lead the full budgeting and forecasting cycle, developing user-friendly templates and actionable timelines. Critically analyse assumptions and submissions to support strategic decision-making.
- Tool Development: Drive efficiency through centralised tools like the project costing model and capacity planning systems. Ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with the latest business needs.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Build and maintain dynamic, centralised dashboards that deliver a clear view of business performance. Champion automation and best practices in reporting.
- Data Analysis: Provide deep, actionable insights across revenue and project trends, supporting strategic and commercial decisions.
- Transaction Readiness: Partner with finance leadership to prepare data and models for future investment or M&A scenarios.
- Financial Systems: Collaborate with systems and reporting teams to ensure accuracy, scalability, and alignment of financial infrastructure. Recommend and help implement new KPIs and GL structures.
- Line Management: Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Minimum 5 years' FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Strong track record of working in high-growth or PE-backed environments (preferred)
- Excellent Excel and data modelling skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in financial systems, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms
