We are looking for a General Manager to join the team and a lovely pub based in Altrincham, the pub has a great local following and they hold a strong reputation. There is going to be a change in the food offering with a great Head Chef in place, we will be showcasing the best in local produce and putting together some excellent lunch and dinner menu's so this is a really exciting time to come and join the business.
This role could also suit an experienced Assistant General Manager that is looking to take a step up to become a General Manager.

Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience
- To have a desire and ability to help market the great new food offering and work closely with the Head Chef
- To ensure consistent and high quality service
- A desire to drive and develop the business working alongside the business owner
