- Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting their development.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the department on complex family law matters.
- Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the team's ongoing growth and reputation.
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years PQE in family law.
- Demonstrable experience across the full spectrum of family law matters listed above.
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth and/or complex financial cases.
- Strong client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong time management.
