An award-winning UK law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its dynamic and expanding Residential Property team. About the Role
Youll report directly to the Partner and Head of Residential Property, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of efficient, well-managed, and high-quality legal services. Youll work alongside a high-performing team to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, from pre-exchange through to completion. This is a hands-on role that allows you to contribute to the continued growth and success of a thriving department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases
- Advise clients including high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of property transactions
- Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
- Provide mentoring and support to junior members of the team
- Deliver exceptional client service, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Engage in business development and networking initiatives to support team growth
Candidate Profile:
Youll be an experienced solicitor or conveyancer with:
- 3+ years PQE in residential property
- Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
- A track record of managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for mentoring others
- A commercial mindset and drive for development and client care
