As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a complex and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including granting new leases, licences to assign, and licences for alterations.
• Property disputes and funding arrangements as part of acquisitions.
• Auction contracts and associated sales, often handling transactions within tight timeframes.

You will work closely with clients, providing strategic legal advice while ensuring transactions run smoothly.

• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge, with a desire to mentor and support junior team members.
